I’m sorry that I came in late. Do you have an update on what is/was HB83 to allow REALTORS to discuss their client’s short sale case with the lender? The bill # may have changed.

It’s the association “super lien” saying associations get back up to 6 months of lost dues when banks foreclose. I feel it’s going to jack up interest rates on condos…

  Ah yes. I’ve heard about it. Thanks for your input on it. I’d have to think about it and I’d want to hear why some folks think it’s a good idea but at first glance I have real reservations about it.
